When someone in your sphere of influence is looking to "buy" or "sell" real estate.

GIVE REFERRAL:

You then send your lead as a referral to the Team Leader you are assigned to. That's it! No more!

GET PAID:

Here's the best part. When your referral closes, you will receive $1,000 for your referral.

COMMUNICATION:

THREE ALERTS

You will receive "Three Alerts" during the process. None of the alerts require any action on your part.

#1 Alert: To confirm your referral will be using your Team Leader (also if they won't).
#2 Alert: If your referral is a Buyer, we will let you know when your referral's offer is accepted. If your referral is a Seller, we will let you know when your referral has accepted an offer.
#3 Alert: We will let you know the closing date that is scheduled for your referral.

This is good news because it will tell you when you will receive the $1,000 for sending your referral.

We will help you and support you through the process of getting your real estate license.
We can help you find the right real estate school that fits your needs and availability.
Once you complete the required schooling and pass the state exam, we will help you get set up.
We will help you place your real estate license through the state to become a Referral Agent Pro.
Every referral you send that closes prior to being licensed, is placed in an escrow account.
Once you are licensed, you will receive $1,000 for each referral you sent that closed.
